Thus, I'm not saying I'm a culinary expert but the food was delicious. We got the raclette combo dinner ($82pp) that included a salad, appetizer, the raclette and a chocolate fondue. We were so full. I love cheese so this was a great choice. In addition, the cocktails they served were exceptionally well done... so much so that my partner decided to splurge and get TWO (this is a rare occurance, if ever) during dinner. The ambiance is cozy, intimate and comfortable. The service is by far, one of the best I have ever experienced by "young people". It's clear they've had proper training and you will not regret going. I didn't manage to try the other restaurants within the hotel but I bet they would be just as good. We chose this one because it was different than the conventional restaurants that you'd find in most large cities.December 15, 2016
